Market House standholders question Borough’s parking decision

When Historic Columbia Market House stand holder representative Jill Ness addressed the Borough Council at last night’s marathon meeting, she admittedly was emotionally invested in the statement she read. Ness has been a consistent stand holder for more than seven years and her stand at the Market House is her income stream.

She prefaced her commentary by saying that what she was going to read was drafted by and with the other market stand holders; the statement appears here.
