[EDITOR’S NOTE:] The information posted previously stated that Columbia’s Minutes were not available online; upon closer review of the Website (http://psabcontent.com/columbiapa/content/officials_boroughcouncil.php) the agenda .pdf files at the bottom of the page do contain copies of the minutes for many of the meetings. The minutes follow the agenda in the individual files. We apologize for this research error. We have deleted the incorrect list.
- Agenda: For a meeting, an agenda is a plan of what is to be covered during the meeting. The agenda is created before the meeting, and usually distributed to attendees.
- Meeting minutes: The Meeting Minutes is an actual record of what occurred during the meeting, including any items that were voted on, and results of the vote.
The Lancaster County boroughs are arrayed by population from the largest to the smallest according to this Lancaster Newspapers’ article.
We found a majority of communities post their minutes online including these neighboring ones: Manor Township, West Hempfield Township, Hellam Township and the borough of Wrightsville in York County.
