The equipment to be financed consists of a Pierce rescue pumper to be located at 1697 Temple Ave., Lancaster, PA. To finance costs of the equipment and to pay costs and expenses incidental to the financing, the Issuer proposes to enter into an agreement in the maximum aggregate principal amount not to exceed $475,000. The Issuer will be required to pay all taxes on the equipment. The payments due pursuant to the agreement will be secured by a security interest in the equipment. Persons interested may appear and be heard at said time and place or may file written comments with West Lancaster Fire Co. #1 prior to the hearing set forth heretofore.
