He was committed to Lancaster County Prison in lieu of $15,000 bail. – Henry Lee Thompson Jr., 52, of Columbia, was charged Sunday after a police officer saw him punching a woman in the face. He was committed to county prison in lieu of $10,000 bail – Amber Lynn Rapp, 26, and Blane Thomas Mease, 28, both of Columbia, were charged Sunday after a domestic dispute at their home.
