  • Overspent municipalities. As this quote from the editorial in today’s Intelligencer Journal suggests, there are numerous Pennsylvania municipalities which now have to pay the piper for ill-conceived political decisions. Lancaster mayor, Rick Gray said, ‘”We’re going downstream. I can hear the waterfalls, I just can’t see them, yet. Some cities already have gone over the falls.” Stop spending.
  • Red Rose Transit Authority‘s (RRTA) Medical Assistance Transportation Program will continue to operate every day as federal funding for the new fiscal year arrived.
