- POLICE LOG: “WASHINGTON BORO: A window of a house in the 2300 block of River Road was shot by a BB gun between July 18 and Sunday. Damage is $500. – MANOR TWP.: Stephen Armstrong, 56, of Shannon Drive, has been charged in an April 5 incident in which he was riding a bicycle and falling over on it in the 2700 block of Columbia Avenue, township police said. His blood alcohol content was 0.22 percent. – ELIZABETHTOWN: Michael Mason, 42, of Marietta, has been charged after falsely reporting that several items had been taken from his home between May 28 and June 2. Police determined that Mason no longer lived at the home where he said the theft occurred. They also discovered that many of the items reported stolen were being stored at a barn that Mason leased near Lititz.” Lancaster Intelligencer Journal/New Era
