- POLICE LOG: “MANOR TWP.: Paul Ross, 46, of Lancaster, was in the driveway of a residence in the 400 block of Charlestown Road on Thursday talking to a female whom he is not allowed to contact, township police said. Ross was out of Lancaster County Prison at the time on a work- release program. Police took him into custody and charged him with violating a protection from abuse order.
