The conference will cover the stages of the disease, diagnosis, treatment options, and the role of a caregiver. Participants will include Lancaster General Health, the Alzheimer’s Association of Greater PA, and the Lancaster County Office of Aging. I’ll also be discussing the recently released National Alzheimer’s Plan. There is limited seating for one hundred people so please RSVP at 1-888-LGH-INFO (544-4636).
