  • Columbia’s SAT scores jump: “Year-to-year comparisons also can be skewed by the varying quality of graduating classes. … in Columbia … the Class of 2012 was unusually strong academically, school counselor Peggy Woods said. One graduate scored 2,040 on the SAT and had a cumulative grade average of nearly 103 percent over four years, she said.
