  • POLICE LOG – “MANHEIM TWP.: Police caught two men allegedly trying to steal copper pipe from inside a home on Thursday. Officers were sent to a vacant home in the 1900 block of Haroldson Drive at about 5 p.m. after a vehicle was seen in the driveway, township police said. They found Phil A. Jimenez, 22, of Union Street, Columbia, and Jay Q. Farley, 22, of North Lime Street, inside the home and took them into custody without incident. Police said the two had been removing copper piping from the home. Police charged Jimenez and Farley with burglary, theft and criminal conspiracy. They were turned over to Central Booking for arraignment. – MARIETTA: David T. Plows, 22, is facing charges of burglary, theft and access device fraud as the result of an incident Aug. 12. Susquehanna Regional police allege he entered a home in the first block of North Bank Street, stole a wallet and then used the victim’s credit card to make a $200 purchase at Sheetz.” – Lancaster Intelligencer Journal/New Era
