  • POLICE LOG:EAST DONEGAL TWP.: Joshua Omar Morales, 30, of 10 Hampshire Court, Marietta, was charged Monday with criminal mischief and four counts of recklessly endangering another person in a Sept. 5 incident, Susquehanna Regional police said in a criminal complaint. Morales was sleeping with a Glock .40-caliber handgun in his home at 7:20 p.m. when he apparently woke up, pulled the trigger and accidentally discharged the gun, police said. The bullet went through the wall of his home and struck the street and a vehicle outside. The bullet then broke a window and damaged the ceiling of a neighbor’s home across the street. A man, woman and two children ages 1 and 5 were inside that home at the time, police said. No one was injured.” – Lancaster Intelligencer Journal/New Era
