- LEGAL NOTICES, published in the Lancaster Intelligencer Journal/New Era, Monday, October 15, 2012. “TO: RESIDENTS OF MANOR TOWNSHIP The Manor Township Supervisors will consider the adoption of the following Ordinance at their public hearing on November 5, 2012. The hearing will begin at 7:30 p.m. and will be held at the Manor Township Municipal Building, 950 West Fairway Drive, Lancaster, Pennsylvania. At the conclusion of the hearing, the Supervisors will vote on the enactment of the Ordinance. The title of the Ordinance is as follows: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MANOR TOWNSHIP ZONING ORDINANCE BY AMEN-DING THE ZONING MAP OF MANOR TOWNSHIP BY CHANGING A TRACT OF LAND CONTAINING 10.60 ACRES FROM (A) AGRICULTURAL ZONE TO (V) VILLAGE ZONE. BE IT ORDAINED AND ENACTED by the Supervisors of the Township of Manor, County of Lancaster and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and it is hereby enacted and ordained by the authority of the same as follows: “THE MANOR TOWNSHIP ZONING ORDINANCE” is hereby amended in the following manner: SECTION 1: The following tract of land shall be rezoned from (A) Agricultural Zone to (V) Village Zone: ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land situated along Penn Street (formerly known as Market Street in the Lower Ward of Washington Boro), in the Township of Manor, County of Lancaster and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and being Lots 112, 148, 149, 150, 151, 152, 153, 154, 155, 156, 157, 158, 159, and 160 according to a Survey and Draft made heretofore; said tract being known as 65 Penn Street, bounded and described as follows: SAID LOTS to contain one (1) acre each; and the whole tract herein described containing 14 acres, more or less; said tract fronting on Penn Street according to the General Plan of the Lower Ward of Washington Boro. EXCEPTING AND RESERVING all those certain lots conveyed unto Pete Kingsley Builder, Inc., more fully set forth as Lots 1 through 9 on the Subdivision Plan for Reeder M. Young and Ida D. Young, recorded March 23, 1977, in the Recorder of Deeds Office of Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, to Subdivision Plan Book J-101, Page 81, said adverse conveyances more fully described in Deed Books H-76-521, Z-72-282, and Z-70-40. CONTAINING 10.60 acres. SECTION 2: All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances conflicting with the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed. SECTION 3: The Manor Township Zoning Ordinance is amended in no other way. SECTION 4: This Ordinance shall become effective five (5) days after its enactment. Barry L. The Ordinance amends Section 111 by revising the definition of Lot Coverage and substituting the following therefore: “Lot Coverage – The percentage of the lot area which may be covered with impervious surface (e.g. buildings, driveways, parking areas, sidewalks but excluding those composed of pervious materials.)” Barry L.
