  • “The state Department of Revenue charged Kelly S. Ballentine with conducting taxable sales without a license at Walk-In Style Fashion Footwear, 356 N. Queen St. (Lancaster).  Court documents show that Ballentine didn’t have a sales-tax license for the three-year-old business but charged customers tax anyway. – LancasterOnLine
