  • POLICE LOG:MANOR TWP.: Ashley Nolan, 20, of Montrose, was charged after township police investigated a vehicle accident just after midnight Oct. 5 along the 200 block of Walnut Hill Road. Police said they found Nolan’s vehicle over a small embankment, and Nolan’s blood-alcohol level was later found to be .15 percent, police said. – MANOR TWP.: Adrian Cruz-Ayon, 20, of Windsor Court, Millersville, was charged with underage drinking and public drunkenness just after midnight Tuesday. Officers had been dispatched to a residence in the first block of Manor Oaks Drive for a report of a male ringing the doorbell. Officer Chuck Snyder found Cruz-Ayon a short distance away, police said. – MANOR TWP.: A Yellow Cab driver told township police he was “stiffed” on a $16 fare Wednesday after providing a ride to a female passenger. The driver told officer Clay Smoker he had given the woman a ride from the 200 block of East Ross Street in Lancaster to the 900 block of West Fairway Drive. The passenger tried to pay with a credit card that did not work, then went into nearby apartments to supposedly find money, but never returned. Police searched the area but were not able to find her. She is described as a thin black female between 30 and 40. She was last seen wearing green pants and a yellow shirt. Anyone with information is asked to call Smoker at 299-5231. – MANOR TWP.: A Cartledge Lane resident told township police Sunday that someone the previous night had thrown two pumpkins on her car and cracked the windshield, causing about $300 in damage.” – Lancaster Intelligencer Journal/New Era
