- The Special Meeting of Columbia Borough Council is scheduled for tonight, Wednesday, November 7 at 6:30 PM. This meeting was initially advertised to take place on October 29 but was postponed and rescheduled. The Special Meeting was scheduled “to discuss/take action regarding the management of the Columbia Historic Market House and any other necessary Borough Business.”
