  • LancasterOnLine reports: “Police say a driver swerving through holiday traffic caused a Wednesday morning crash that closed Route 30 for more than an hour.Diane Hudzik, 54, of Columbia, was passing vehicles in the right eastbound lane of Route 30 when her Subaru struck another motorist’s car, police said.”

A proposed law—originally intended to increase Americans’ email security—now plans to increase government access to email and other digital files.
