In addition, the following people were charged with underage drinking: Lisa Pierson, 20, of Bernardsville, N.J; Daniel Duong, 19, of Mechanicsburg; and Chase Brown, 18, of Royersford. – MARIETTA: Jeremy C. Ritchie, 32, of 539 E. Hazel Ave., Marietta, was charged after he allegedly grabbed a woman’s hand and bent back her fingers while trying to get her camera. He also allegedly prevented her from calling police. – MANOR TWP.: A Dell computer was reported stolen Nov. 15 from a van in the 1100 block of Colonial Road. Loss was $300. – EAST DONEGAL TWP.: Kiersten M. Gantz, 18, of 439 Alexander Court, Marietta, was charged with violation of a park ordinance and trespass by motor vehicle after an incident Dec. 3 at East Donegal Riverfront Park. According to police, Gantz drove her vehicle into a grass area and became stuck, and her vehicle slid partially into the river. The car had to be pulled from the river by a tow truck. Police said the incident occurred after park hours in an area where vehicles are not allowed. – RAPHO TWP.: Robert E.
