Police said she drove away without paying. Loss was $35.63. – MARIETTA: Justine T. Carthins, 19, no fixed address, and Joseph D. Melton, 25, of the 400 block of East Market Street, Marietta, each face six counts of theft after items, including cash and GPS units, were taken from numerous vehicles overnight Aug. 13-14, 2012.
