Unable to find an active Website or facebook page for Fourth Fridays in Columbia, calls were placed to the number (at two different times) for more information.

Here’s the response when the call to the number shown at the Borough Website is answered: call to 4th friday number

So far, there’s been no return call providing more information about Fourth Fridays! Not exactly Customer friendly!
