Leed, 34, of 409 Union St., Columbia, was charged Thursday at East High and River Street. – EAST LAMPETER TWP.: Tasha Marie Torres, 28, Wrightsville, and Stephany Gil-Perez, 19, Lancaster, stole clothing, knives, and prepaid cellphones valued at $140.61 at Walmart on Saturday, police said. Gil-Perez was charged and released to the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office on an active bench warrant. Theft charges are pending against Torres. – LANCASTER: Victoria L. Martinez, 18, of the 300 block of Millstone Drive, Mountville, and Alexis C. Zipp, 18, of the 100 block of Broadstone Street, were charged after allegedly taking $40 worth of clothing Friday from Park City Center.
