  • POLICE LOG:MARIETTA: Brian P. Hoffmaster, 52, and Joan M. Storm, 47, both of 116 Delta St., Mount Joy, were arrested Sunday on warrants stemming from a domestic incident Jan. 6 in the first block of East Market Street during which Hoffmaster attacked a man with an ax handle. Both are charged with aggravated assault, simple assault and conspiracy. – MANOR TWP.: A 14-year-old boy was charged with terroristic threats and theft in a Feb. 25 incident at Manor Middle School. Police said the boy threatened to blow up the school when he was confronted about taking a computer the prior week. The teen had been on probation with juvenile authorities and was taken to the Youth Intervention Center. – MANOR TWP.: Cha Shaeffer, 21, of Kent Road, was charged in a traffic stop Jan. 27 on Monticello Lane. – WASHINGTON BORO: Christopher Douts, 22, of Charlestown Road, Washington Boro, has been charged as the result of a vehicle stop Jan. 23 in the 2700 block of Charlestown Road. – WASHINGTON BORO: William Weidman, 37, of Glen Oaks Drive, was charged after his pickup truck struck two parked cars and flipped onto its side Jan. 6 in the first block of Penn Street.” – Intelligencer Journal/Lancaster New Era
