- “The Lancaster County Conservation District will host the 34th annual Lancaster County Youth Conservation School from July 21-27. About 30 participants ages 14-16 will meet at Northern Lancaster County Game and Fish Protective Association in West Cocalico Township. Students sleep on cots and reside in tents for the week. Topics include forestry, canoeing, wildlife management, archery, survival, orienteering and firearm safety. Students are responsible for a $25 registration fee.
