  • H-m-m-m … This listing in today’s Sunday News’ DEEDS RECORDED is interesting: “Wells Fargo Bank NA and Wells Fargo Financial Pennsylvania Inc. con­veyed 132 S. Fourth St. to Perfect Realty LLC for $16,000” in that the County Website lists Perfect Realty’s address as “Brooklyn, NY” while the PA Department of State registry lists it as “254 Locust Street, Columbia, PA.” In either case, Perfect Realty, LLC just acquired its fourth Columbia property.
