Fourth St. to Perfect Realty LLC for $16,000” in that the County Website lists Perfect Realty’s address as “Brooklyn, NY” while the PA Department of State registry lists it as “254 Locust Street, Columbia, PA.” In either case, Perfect Realty, LLC just acquired its fourth Columbia property.
