Saw these scenes yesterday.
It’s a pleasant delight to note that the gas prices for regular are lower than they were in March 2011. Can this last? The upward spike and trend in gas prices began during March 2011.
Guessing that Columbia Animal Hospital‘s really nice new sign is working out the bugs with the date and time. Yesterday, at 2:14, the westbound view of the date and time said 4/12 – 11:04 while the eastbound view said 4/13 – 7:30. When the thing finally gets set, it will be a nice touch to a welcome new sign.
If you have not noticed the influx of vehicles at the shopping center just east of town on 462, take a look. The opening of Planet Fitness is bringing them in. Spoke with a guy while snapping the pictures and he told me that the new site is really good; has lots of fitness options and super hours. He related that during the week, “it gets really full.” But he says it’s open 24 hours and he goes in during the wee morning hours.
The “economic development” is good for West Hempfield Township. Wonder whether Columbia’s economic development team even spoke with the Planet Fitness operators?

Shopped at Musser’s yesterday. Have to comment on the shipping or packaging of these two products. Gosh, hope it’s not misleading on purpose. Notice the size of the container of Prunes and Plum Amazings. Aren’t dried plums prunes. Not when they’re Plum Amazings.
Big containers on the outside; on the inside a different story. Each product was filled to about 60-70 percent. Wonder whether we could ship our prunes and plums with Kmart? Or whether the containers could be smaller?
