  • POLICE LOG:MANHEIM TWP.: John W. Bosley, 18, of South 5th Street, Columbia, was charged after he struck a vehicle and fled April 8 at Harrisburg Pike and Landis Avenue. Three people suffered minor injuries in the crash. Bosley was charged with accidents involving death or personal injury, accidents involving death or personal injury while not properly licensed, driving under suspension and four traffic offenses. – EAST DONEGAL TWP.: Jeremy Kauffman, 25, of 7 W. Market St., Marietta, was charged Monday after a March 2 traffic stop on North Chestnut Street at North Waterford Avenue. – MOUNT JOY: Justin M. Paules, 25, of 3 Hemlock Drive, Maytown, was charged after failing April 5 to pay $749.20 for work completed on his vehicle at Whitmoyer Auto Group, 1001 E. Main St.
