The “real people” who became mid-19th century persons for this sesquicentennial weekend graciously posed and shared their stories and knowledge of history with visitors to the River Park encampment.
The living history adventure on the banks of the Susquehanna added to the Columbia experience for the many visitors on Saturday … one hundred and fifty years after the burning of the bridge. These are the images of some of the reenactors who helped make the weekend so memorable.
