  • There’s a long legal ad from Lancaster County in today’s Lancaster newspaper asking for the submission of bids for the construction of a “Pedestrian Bridge Crossing of Chiques Creek for the Northwest Trail Corridor in Marietta Borough and West Hempfield Township.”
  • There’s another legal notice announcing several municipalities’ notices of intent to enter into a relationship to “establish the Warwick Area Regional Emergency Services Program.”
  • And, another lengthy one that has Conoy Township seeking proposals for “Concessionaire services” at  “the trailhead for the Lancaster County Northwest River Tail” for “retail sales of bait and tackle, as well as beverages and ice cream, kayak and bicycle rentals, and river tours.” “Bids will be evaluated by the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania prior to final award.”
