Quote for today… “Fund us or take us over … ” – Jim Smith, Columbia Borough councillor, said near the conclusion of last night’s council meeting of the whole. He said he has begun to field petitions that he will personally deliver to State Representative Hickernell and State Senator Brubaker. The thrust of the petition is to get an answer to the question, “Why didn’t Columbia Borough get included on the ‘supplemental funds’ to school districts?”
