“HAMBURG — I do not know Joey Cominsky.
“I do not cover Joey Cominsky and I’ve never interviewed him.
“Other than a few seconds of videotape he’d rather forget about forever and ever, I’ve never seen Joey Cominsky play football.
“I cannot spew Joey Cominsky stats like I could, say, for any random Lancaster-Lebanon League quarterback, for instance.
“But after spending an evening watching Joey Cominsky pace up and down Hamburg’s sideline on Friday night, I can say this:
“I’m starting to feel pretty bad for the kid.
“That does not mean, of course, that I condone his actions.”
