Two fraudulent numbers that differ from the official VA call center numbers by one digit are being used to gain access to personal and financial information, including credit card information, from Veterans that call in. Please note that VA will never ask you for a credit card number or banking information over the phone. Be cautious giving personal sensitive information over the phone and make sure that you dial the correct number when trying to reach us.”The fraudulent numbers are:
