• COLUMBIA COMMUNITY LIFE NETWORK, 510 Walnut Street, Columbia, PA 17512 is one of 14 sites across Lancaster County offering Free income tax preparation to qualifying individuals. A list of locations is available here. The Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program (VITA), managed by United Way of Lancaster County, is a local, state and federal income tax preparation service available to residents whose total household income in 2013 was less than $50,000.
