Karpathios’ attorney, Jeffrey Conrad, requested a continuance and Pam in Herman’s office explained that the two are co-defendants so all judicial procedures for the two will be held together. “It will also be interesting to see if Judge Herman recuses himself as Gardill’s father is a West Hempfield cop who charges individuals in front of Herman all the time. We will also see if the bail amounts stay at the same absurd level – $50,000 unsecured.”
