Tonight’s council meeting of the whole ended about a half-hour ago. The precious few spectators who hung on from 6:03 pm until 10:13 pm watched the full contingent of councilors, the mayor, the borough manager and the borough’s financial officer slog through the agenda items shown below.

The only way citizens and you can grab the grand scheme of a council meeting is to show up for the meetings. Because Columbia news, views & reviews audio records the entire council meeting, it’ll take at least four more hours to listen to the meeting and write more about the actions and conversations during the night’s meeting.
