Speaking of plans, the execution of the plan for the development of the vacant site across from the Turkey Hill store at Rt. 462 and Prospect Road has begun. At least the excavation part. We’re guessing the plan (down the road) is to continue the sidewalk that ends abruptly at the end of the Turkey Hill property on the north side of 462?

And it’s pretty exciting when a plan comes together as it has for the newly opened Little Caesar’s that’s improved the streetscape in Columbia.

But what happened to the plan for an improved property on a main “gateway” here? Did the plan include roadside storage of trailers, etc.?
