In the process of online research, we happened on an article about the dedication of St. Paul’s Church at 340 Locust Street. The story of the majestic Columbia landmark’s dedication and the history of the Episcopal Church in Columbia is recorded in great detail in the October 1, 1887 issue of The Columbia Spy.
