  • The mayor’s alluded to it more than a few times and it was a brief topic of conversation at last week’s council-of-the-whole meeting when someone asked about the “chunks of concrete” falling from The Bridge into the River Park. The mayor said that PENNDOT’s going to do major structural makeovers on The Bridge and the project would be the “most expensive” in the state’s history.
