- There’s a column in today’s LNP – Always Lancaster by the CEO of the Lancaster Alliance pointing to the “Building on Strength – City Economic Development Planning” project (not unlike the “charrette” project that will be presented to Columbia’s public on Wednesday night). There are differences, though – Lancaster’s Project is transparent with a Website and the public had opportunity to provide input in a survey.
