Columbia is getting much more unwanted attention this Saturday via Facebook messages regarding this “Rebel Run” To all of our friends, many colors, many races, I am embarrassed right now of certain people in our town. Yes they have a right to certain freedoms, but at the same time they are not making a moral decision for anyone including themselves. It will take much strength to hold back and ignore the hate, but together we can do it. I am also fearful of what can, could, and will happen Saturday when this un-official event takes place. Rumor has it this so called run is taking place tomorrow between 1-3 PM in the borough. They are rumored to be going down S. 4th Street, and up Union Streets. Please keep your children, and yourselves safe. Together all of us in this wonderful small community that are not participating are UNITED! Ignore Stupid…”
