You’d think there’s nothing lower, because it’s at the bottom of the ocean.

But there are folks, in addition to a slew of elected public servants, who take money that doesn’t belong to them.

They steal from their churches, their employers, their fire companies, their kids’ athletic organizations, their families and their cub scout dens and packs.
