Fourth Friday is a monthly happening inviting the public to enjoy an evening visiting galleries, antique, restaurants, specialty shops & various venues in Columbia, Marietta, and Wrightsville. The evening provides opportunities to view exhibits from local and regional artists, to enjoy refreshments, special events and promotions, while discovering the distinct charm of the Susquehanna River communities.
Highlights for August:

Join us Friday, August 28th for Fourth Fridays along the 400 Block of Locust Street to participate our Fourth Friday Feast and in collaboration of Lazy Days of Summer Along the Susquehanna. Vendor Food Trucks that will be participating are the following: RT 30 Seafood Vendor Truck, Smoothie King, Half Nuts Popcorn, Good Guys Chicken and Fries, Columbia Cones and More, Walking Tacos offered by Gramma’s Home Accents, Crave Catering Company, more will be joining us to complete a plethora of food offerings. Garth Gallery is exhibiting “Passages” from husband and wife artists, Philip & Nancy Malachowski.

Susquehanna Center for the Creative Arts is offering Not Good, I Start Again from July 24 – August 22, featuring works by Evangeline Riddiford Graham and Grace Sachi Troxell.

Through the Fire Artists Studio is showing works from Scrap Junky, Jerry King Musser and Artist in Residence Janette Toth-Musser.

Weavings, Ink is presenting “Fifty Shades of Grey”. Featuring the Ink Men; David Haneman, Dale Weibley, Robert Oughton, Charles Long, and Robert Hammer.

 

Columbia Historic Preservation Society is featuring Columbia’s famous Sonneteer and Artist, Lloyd Mifflin.

Bootleg Antiques is hosting music by Paisley Sunshine and moonshine samples in the café.
