As a way to support the efforts of veterans who help feed the world, the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture recently launched a partnership with the Homegrown By Heroes (HBH) initiative, the official farmer veteran branding program of America. It will be part of the PA Preferred program, which helps consumers identify Pennsylvania-grown and produced foods.
