The “Partners in Thyme” Herb Club of southern York County and Northern Baltimore County will have its monthly meeting at the Glenview Alliance Church, 10037 Susquehanna Trail, Glen Rock, Pa. 17327 on October 2, 2015 at 10:00 AM.
The program will begin promptly at 10:30 AM.
The program this month will be given by Sophia Harmes, PhD, of Mountville, Pa.
Ms Harmes’s business “TERRAM OLEI” is located in the Columbia Market House in Columbia, Pa. Ms Harmes holds a PhD in Energy and Environmental Policy from the University of Delaware, a master degree in Geography and Environmental Planning from Towson University, and a Bachelor’s degree from Millersville University. All her education led to her work in Africa studying agriculture in a poor community. Ms Harmes’s talk will be the benefits of using a high grade of essential oils for health purposes.
After our program, a short business meeting will be held followed by a Brown Bag Lunch with desserts, coffee and tea served by our hospitality committee. Our November Meeting is scheduled for November 6, 2015 at the Glenview Alliance Church.
