Tonight’s meeting began at 6:00 pm and ended at 9:13 pm. But the meeting was followed by a “meeting to discuss personnel matters.”

The agenda follows below; despite the header that says Ronald L. Miller, Borough Manager, Miller’s decision to return to his position of Public Works director was affirmed. Columbia Borough is in search for a new borough manager.
