We can hate it when big companies with really lousy Customer service take over smaller ones that care about Customers; for instance, the folks who staff the Rite-Aid store just east of Columbia.

The Columbia store may be an anomaly according to this report that has Walgreen’s and Rite-Aid on the worst list.
