When Cole Umber posted the below pictures at Columbia Spy a few days ago, we figured that the Borough would have towed this “illegally parked” classic vehicle by now. But yesterday afternoon, this POS was still parked there on Bridge Street BLOCKING ACCESS TO THE FIRE HYDRANT!
