First day of spring … equinox … Rita’s!

Here comes spring! There are so many great reasons to look forward to tomorrow, the first day of spring. It is the spring equinox; days are close to 12 hours long and each day’s will have more hours of sunlight longer as the season progresses.

On an absolutely gorgeous day in March (Thursday), the signs of spring are appearing. We met Dianne today as she was doing spring spruce-up on 462 just east of town. Mussers Landscape’s gateway garden is starting to wake up. Dianne was trimming, lopping, clipping, weeding, raking and working to give the plantings all the head start advantages. Mussers Landscapes is located at 30 Meadow Road, Columbia.
