The Resolution to be considered and acted upon by each Board at each such meeting, among other things, sets forth that proceeds of the Bonds will be used to provide funds for improvements, renovations, modernization, upgrading and new equipment for Lancaster Career and Technology Center facilities; for the purchase and renovation of a building to be used for a practical nursing center; and for the payment of costs of issuance of the Bonds. The Resolution also determines to authorize the execution and delivery of an agreement of Lease and an assignment thereto to Fulton Bank, Trustee under a Trust Indenture; sets forth the parameters of the lease rentals payable by the School District; and provides covenants related to the payment of such lease rental debt. The Resolution currently on file estimates that the maximum aggregate principal amount of indebtedness to be authorized will be Forty-Three Million Dollars ($43,000,000), but such amount may be increased or decreased prior to final adoption. The maximum principal amount of lease rental debt to be incurred by each School District under each Resolution will be inserted prior to enactment.
