Making courageous decisions that will benefit successive generations applies to current situations in University Park and in local communities. The decisions those in office make today will be reviewed and revisited by generations yet to come.
What do you think today’s children and grandchildren will say about today’s leaders’ decisions? “What were they thinking?” or “I sure am proud of them.”
What do you think the founding fathers of the United States of America tried to do when they made decisions at the birth of this nation? Take care of their friends or the generations yet to come?
We sure are glad they did not vote for “personal agendas” and taking care of their friends. We’re sure glad they were not GOBAGs. Aren’t you?
