  • POLICE LOG: MANOR TWP.:A security camera was stolen overnight Thursday from an office building that has been targeted by thieves several times in recent months, police said. In late October, police said, photos taken by the camera led Officer Mark Burkholder to arrest a man for entering and taking things from the building, in the 3300 block of Columbia Avenue.
