• “Fire struck a house in Columbia Borough on Wednesday, a county dispatch supervisor said. A neighbor reported seeing smoke coming from the garage and windows at 911 Ironville Pike at about 10:45 a.m., according to county radio dispatches.  Responding firefighters brought the fire under control by about 11.
